    materials and prescreened, qualified, insured subcontractors. There are 
    contractors who will use inferior materials therefore resulting in lower 
    estimates. We don't believe in scrimping on product quality to save a dollar. 
    Your project is an investment and should last you many years to come.

~ Accurate estimating - we believe in accurate estimating. Change orders are
    kept to a minimum. 99% of the time, change orders on our projects are client 
    initiated - the homeowner changes their mind about the design, products, adds 
    additional work during the project. We never initiate change orders due to an 
    increase in labor or materials costs if the scope of the work has not changed. 
    The other 1% of change orders are initiated because of circumstances that 
    could not have been foreseen prior to demolition such as mold, water damage,
    or inadequate framing.

    communicate with you. We are available by phone 24 hours a day in case of an
    emergency during your project.

~ Flexible contract terms - guaranteed fixed price, time and materials, or
    cost plus. We will talk to you during the estimate meeting about what the best 
    contract terms for your project. We will also work with homeowners that are 
    handy but need our expertise on certain elements of a project.

~ Credit cards accepted through Square (an email address is required). A 2.5%
    administrative fee will be added to your invoice.
